If there is an issue with your order due to workmanship, fit, or manufacturing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to make it right, which may include:

- Replacement
- Remake of the item
- Other appropriate solutions at our discretion

Lifetime Warranty
All FINN USA leather goods are backed by our lifetime warranty against defects in craftsmanship and materials under normal use.
This warranty covers:
- Stitching failures
- Hardware failures
- Structural craftsmanship defects
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and patina
- Scratches, dents, or cosmetic aging
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, water exposure, improper care, or modifications made by others
- Natural variations in leather, wood, Damascus steel, or handmade materials
Because full grain leather naturally ages and develops character over time, variations and marks are considered part of the material’s unique appearance.
At FINN USA, every item is handcrafted to order using premium materials and built specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun. This includes personalized, engraved, custom-sized, or made-to-order items.

Handmade & Natural Materials
Many FINN USA products are handcrafted using natural materials including full grain leather, wood, brass, titanium, and Damascus steel. Variations in color, grain, texture, and finish are normal and make each piece unique.
